Tom Adams was appointed to the Board after being appointed City Manager of Pilot Point in May of 2010. The City of Pilot Point is one of the founding members of Upper Trinity and supports the regional approach for vital water and wastewater services. Prior to coming to Pilot Point, Tom has served in various city manager and assistant manager positions in Texas, including Abilene, Sundown, Seminole, Odessa, San Angelo, and Lubbock. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University. He enjoys his family and six grandchildren.
