Todd Madison was appointed to the Board in 2000 and has been an Officer of the Board since June 2004.  He owns Texas Water Company, providing small utility systems with operational and maintenance services.  Todd has been in training for the utility business since he was a teenager, earning the rank of Eagle Scout while working as a plumber’s helper and installing water lines.  Working the steam pipe tunnels at University of Texas in Austin inspired him to gain additional education and to seek higher credentials in his chosen field (holding licenses as Master Plumber, Water Supply Protection Specialist, Groundwater Treatment Operator, Wastewater Treatment Operator and Backflow Prevention Tester).
