Richard (Dick) Smith has been on the Board since July 2000, and has a special interest in protection of the environment.  Consequently, Dick enjoys his service on Committees for Watershed Protection and for Water Conservation.  Dick holds a B.B.A. degree in Personnel Management and has held management positions for a major corporation, overseeing the sales of bakery, dairy and other food products to some of the nation’s largest restaurant chains and food service operators.  He and his wife reside in Bartonville and are active in animal rescue groups and other charities.
