Lyle H. Dresher counts more than thirty-five years of progressive service in his public administrative career, mostly in city management, starting in Emporia, Kansas.  He is Town Manager for the Town of Argyle and previously was City Manager for Cities of Keller and Gainesville (plus three cities in Kansas).   Lyle holds Bachelor and Master Degrees from Emporia State University and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  Lyle was appointed to the Upper Trinity Board in September 2008.
