Lance Vanzant has served on the Upper Trinity Board since August 1999, and is an Officer of the Board.  He served on the Celina School Board for many years, and is a family man - - with wife and four children.  A native of Oklahoma, Lance is a golfer and a fan of NASCAR racing.  As an attorney, he is a partner in a prominent law firm, representing several cities, homeowners associations, and businesses in the Denton County area.  Lance believes that Upper Trinity enables Member entities to work together in developing an adequate water supply system for the future of the region, and he chairs the Policy Review Committee.
