Justin Brown was appointed to the Board of Directors in November 2008 by the Corinth City Council.  He serves as Public Works Director for the City with responsibility for streets, drainage and utilities.  Before coming to the City of Corinth, he was with the City of Bedford from 1999 to 2006 where he served various roles from Utilities Operations Manager to City Engineer / Public Works Director.  With a strong engineering and technical resume, and considerable experience with large capital projects for municipalities, Justin is able to bring fresh perspective as a member of the Upper Trinity Finance and Investment Committee.  Justin has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
