Chris Boyd is General Manager of Mustang Special Utility District, and was first appointed to the Board in 2002, where he now serves as an Officer. He has broad experience in managing public utility services, city management, and public safety.  He served as a US Army Officer in Armor and Civil Affairs.  His education includes a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.  In his spare time, he enjoys being a football referee for high school games, and flying his airplane.
